Hormone & Fertility Test Kits

At home female hormone test that gives you a picture of your key menstrual cycle-related hormones. This is done between days 2-4 of your cycle and will tell you whether FSH and LH are at the right levels to kick off the ovulation process. Too high estradiol at this time can suppress FSH so it's important to check that. Too high prolactin can also suppress ovulation.

Biomarkers covered:

  • Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
  • Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
  • Estradiol
  • Prolactin

This at home thyroid test will provide a complete picture of how your thyroid is performing. Your thyroid plays a big role in your menstrual cycle, often causing heavy, painful periods if you have hypothyroidism and light, scanty or missing periods if you have hyperthyroidism.

Biomarkers covered:

  • Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
  • Free Thyroxine (FT4)
  • Free Triiodothyronine (FT3)
  • Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TGAB)

This at home Progesterone test should be done about 5-7 days after ovulation. to determine whether you have healthy levels of progesterone. Your progesterone level will also confirm whether ovulation occurred that cycle.

This at home Full Iron Panel identifies iron deficiencies in your body, which can play a role in period problems. Long and heavy periods can lead to iron deficiency anemia, and iron plays a crucial role in ovarian follicle development and hormone production, so an iron deficiency could bring about ovulation and fertility problems.

  • Iron
  • Total Iron-Binding Capacity (TIBC)
  • Ferritin
  • Transferrin Saturation

This at home AMH test can help determine your ovarian function, when combined with the Female Hormone Test and the Progesterone test. IMPORTANT: AMH fluctuates and it is a newer test so consider those factors when taking this test.

  • Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH)

This at home Vitamin D test identifies Vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is critical for overall menstrual and reproductive health and any deficiency should be corrected with sunlight exposure and adequate supplementation.

This at home testosterone test will measure the amount of testosterone present in your blood. Elevated testosterone is often found in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, and it may contribute to symptoms such as increased body hair growth, anovulatory cycles, missing periods and hair loss on the head.

This at home omega 3 test will tell you the levels of omega 3 fatty acids and  omega 6 fatty acids in your body. Lower omega 3's can lead to increased inflammation in the body causing more pain - migraines, period pain and joint pain.
